Joseph, Christopher & Katara

When Sheila contacted me to schedule a photo session with the kids,
I was very excited.
I have know this family for a few years now
and have photographed them a few times already.
And every time, I am amazed
at how quickly the children are growing and changing!
So we met at W.S.Hart Park, in Newhall, CA.
We walked around the park and up the nature trail
and stopped every so often to take some pictures.
It was a little windy but other than that, the weather was nice.
Here are a few of my favorite images from that day:

I had a great time photographing these three kiddos! To see more of my work, please visit my website at: www.nathalieseguinphotography.com

Baby Maddox - 2 weeks old

Last week, I had the pleasure of photographing Baby Maddox.
He was just 2 weeks old but already full of personality!
He did not like being naked and much prefers being snuggled up
in mom or dad's arms!
At such a young age, he already knows what he wants
and know how to get it...
What a little Prince! Here are a few photos of him:

A Night On Broadway

Last Saturday, May 8th, I had the pleasure of photographing
"A Night On Broadway"
a performance benefiting ESCAPE Theatre.
Steve Amerson and Laurie Gayle performed songs
from Andrew Lloyd Webber and other Broadway musicals.
This dinner/Gala took place at the Robinson Ranch Clubhouse,
in Canyon Country, CA.
Here are a few images from this wonderful night:

Elisabeth and Kyle Burson,
the force behind ESCAPE Theatre
organized this event and were very happy with the response from the public.

Christina's School Play: Character Matters

A few weeks ago, Christina performed in her school play: Character Matters.
The whole story revolves around important values such as forgiveness, gratitude, cooperation, etc...
The characters of the play where taken from different Fairy Tales
such as Little Red Riding Hood, the Three Little Pigs, etc.
Christina's part was about forgiveness; She was Baby Bear, and she didn't want to forgive Goldilocks!
It was a very cute play, performed by some very talented third graders!
Here are a few of my favorite photos:

There was a council with three judges:

Christina's friend Rebecca played Little Red Riding Hood...

Hazel was a magical mirror who didn't want to always tell the truth...

In Christina's part, there was Mama Bear, Papa Bear and Goldilocks...
"We've been telling Baby Bear that he needs to learn forgiveness", says Papa Bear.

We caught her eating my food, squishing my chair and sleeping in my bed!

You've got to forgive her, you can't bear a grudge!

She was drooling on my pillow!

She ate all my porridge, she ate all my fudge! I'd rather stay angry and eat her instead!

In the end, Baby Bear forgives Goldilocks...

Christina's teacher, Mrs. Helgerson was very proud of all the students!

Isabelle Tara - 4/28/2010

I had the honor of photographing this beautiful baby girl last Wednesday.
She was such a good little model; despite being awake most of the session,
she was very cooperative!
Of course, we had to stop a few times... there was the occasional spitting up
and of course, the inevitable mess that comes from photographing a baby without a diaper!
But overall, everything went smoothly!
I have known this family for a few years now;
I worked with Nathan, Isabelle's big brother who has special needs.
So when Marcela asked me to take photos of Isabelle, I was trilled!
So here are a few of my favorites:
